Founded in 1994 by a group of software developers and engineers, Omicron began by focusing on

hospitals and government agencies. Omicron has grown to serve some of the world's largest enterprises in a wide
range of industries including education, energy, security, health care and government. With that growth came the
realization that these diverse industries shared many common technology goals-interoperability of systems,
access to timely and meaningful data and analytics, efficiency and cost effectiveness-and that many of the

Omicron's approach to technology solutions today is broader in scope and encompasses technology integration,
