The Benefits of Adaptive Analytics
  • Several discrete varieties of data-processing and modeling algorithms
  • User-ustomizable data dashboards with hundreds of display modules available
  • Predictive analytics, used to determine the likelihood of future events
  • Client and crowd analytics, used to predict the behaviors of specific segments of people, or large groups of the general public
  • Decision analytics, used to predict the outcomes of decisions, and their impact on a company and its clients
Adaptive and Predictive Analytics
Adaptive and predictive analytics are traditionally used to extract significant information from large amounts of data, that would normally be cost- and time-prohibitive for human analysts to sift through. Trends and patterns can be more quickly and accurately discerned by machines as well, connecting variables and data points that people may never notice, and providing analysts with more powerful tools to properly use the huge amounts of data collected. While accurately predicting future events from the data of the past is tricky at the best of times, OTI has been creating and modeling from adaptive analytics engines for over 10 years.

Predictive AnalyticsPredictive analytics, or "forecasting," is another way to describe "decision modeling," or "decision optimization." OTI uses a variety of proprietary data forecasting and prediction techniques, the results from which are displayed on a series of customizable and intuitive graphical dashboards. These dashboards allow the user to create a page that holds the most pertinent informational graphics, swapping out parts and sections whenever necessary. The different graphical modules are customizable themselves, and provide the user a view of data that is far easier to quickly grasp than hard numbers. Not only has the data displayed been passed through OTI's analysis algorithms, but the graphical modules themselves are designed to display important trends and patterns in a way that makes them impossible to miss.

Predictive algorithms sort and analyze past data to assess the likelihood of certain future behaviors with an eye toward improving decision-making and marketing decisions. Our algorithms are also used to predict what indviduals or large groups of people will do given certain situations, allowing certain kinds of "pre-focus testing" and providing more data to aid in decision-making processes. Additionally, our specific decision algorithms are used to predict the possible results of a certain decision, helping to expose possibilities and variables that may not have been previously considered. Our decision algorithms are used to not only provide a higher percentage of positive results for our clients, but for their clients as well.
