President and CEO, Lionel Rabb Lionel is an innovation leader and technologist dedicated to positive societal impact. He serves as President and Chief Executive Officer of HCo., LLC, a holding company that oversees a group of companies in several industries. Among these are Verify.Net, a leading provider of school software; Grant Management Systems, a developer of geospatial mapping and analytics software for mapping and management of non-profit and government grants; Verify Gas, a developer and manufacturer of gauges for compressed gas that remotely monitor liquid gas levels; Coterie Capital, a focused strategic investment firm; and Omicron Technologies, which serves as a central technology incubator and servicer. Lionel began working with technology by developing and overseeing the development of software for local schools and school districts. Lionel formed Omicron Technologies, a company focused on creating products that can revolutionize industries and markets in 1994 while still in high school. Lionel went on to lead the development and creation of various products and companies in several verticals, including RFID technology, petrochemical, beverage management, and geospatial mapping. Lionel has helped create deep partnerships between HCo. companies and many non-profit and for-profit entities, including ExxonMobil, Coca-Cola, McDonalds, 3M, The Clinton Foundation, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Chicago Public Schools, Clark County School District, Turner Industries and Exelon. In addition to his business endeavors, 11 years ago, Lionel founded, and continues to be a force behind, the MGR Foundation—a direct service public 501(c)(3) that provides programs in four states for underserved youth, including mentorship, health, arts education, environmental issues, and social justice.
